Strolling Thunder™ families with babies and toddlers from every state and Washington, D.C. are raising their voices to tell Congress what young children need to thrive. 

As we celebrate 10 years of bringing the thunder, the message has never been more urgent: It’s time.

Each of our 51 families met with their state’s policymakers to tell their story and make sure Congress hears what babies and families really need: quality, affordable child care, paid family leave, economic security, and policies that give every baby a strong start.
