Strolling Thunder 2025
A baby’s beginning lays the foundation for all to come.
Babies and their families from every state and DC came to Washington, DC on May 20, 2025 for Strolling Thunder. They shared their stories and called on Congress to write a new chapter for America that prioritizes infants, toddlers and their families.
What Parents Had to Say
Each of our 51 families met with their state’s policymakers to tell their story and make sure Congress hears what babies and families really need: quality, affordable child care, paid family leave, economic security, and policies that give every baby a strong start.
