Tell Congress: Invest in Babies

The Senate will vote next week on a spending bill that will determine how much funding programs like Early Head Start and Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health grants will receive, an annual process known as appropriations. Now is the time to tell your Senators that infants, toddlers, and families need investments for the programs that give babies the strongest start in life.
