The House of Representatives passed a bill that makes massive cuts to programs that babies and families rely on for food and healthcare.  This bill cuts over half a trillion dollars over the next decade from Medicaid, kicking 11 million Americans off of health insurance – including children, parents, and other adults babies rely on for care. It also cuts nearly $300 billion from SNAP, reducing or eliminating benefits for more than 2 million children and leading to stressed families and empty bellies.
