The Administration has terminated multiple grants that help states support infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH), support parents, and help families affected by homelessness, substance abuse and trauma, including Project LAUNCH and the Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Grant Program, which provide critical mental health services, consultations, screenings, and early intervention services for young children.
