Take Action to Protect Head Start, a Proven Program

The administration is collecting public comments on a proposed rule that would eliminate essential supports for infants, toddlers and families in Head Start, including Early Head Start. The proposal would remove the child-to-staff ratios and small group sizes that keep babies safe, and roll back prenatal and postpartum services, mental health supports, parents’ ability to participate in programs, help with basic needs like diapers and formula, and more.
